KKParkour is a Parkour & Freerun community based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
KKPARKOUR IS NOT A TEAM, but acts as a community that represents individuals and teams that practice parkour and freerun.
KKParkour represents practitioners who are disciplined, equipped with parkour & freerun knowledge, posses strong mind and a positive attitude. KKParkour strongly discourages improper use of Parkour, negligence, vandalisme and any other acts or activities that destroy the image of parkour & freerun.
Parkour
is the art of moving through your environment from point A, to point B. It is a tool used to reach a destination or escape from an emergency.
Freerunning
is an art where practitioners mix parkour with creative and unique movements - usually with styles, and acrobatics to express creativity.
